Here at Le Petit Hibou we take pride in producing the best that we can. We are inspired by our travels and Alpine home and want to share our passion for good food. Everything that we create, from our sourdough bread to our Mt Houblon beer is made with the utmost care and attention using the best ingredients. We are dedicated to bringing you an exciting, balanced menu, supporting local producers and using sustainable, organic and fresh ingredients where possible. Enjoy!
Caz has 25 years professional cheffing experience. Hailing from New Zealand, she has worked around the world in cafes, restaurants, private villas, yachts and chateaux. The restaurant features modern cuisine with her travel experiences influencing her menu. Creative, fresh and interesting ingredients feature highly with wholesome, healthy options, brunch and fantastic coffee. The bar features craft beer, world wines and fine spirits.
The Mt Houblon nano brewery can be found in the cave under the bar, producing hop heavy IPAs and milk oatmeal porter. The artisan brews are not available anywhere else. The restaurant, which opened in Summer 2018, has been a great success and was met by rave reviews, offering something a little different to the usual Savoyard fare.
